2 (8 oz) rolls of Braunschweiger, softened
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 T worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup beer

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the softened braunschweiger, cream cheese, and sour cream; beat until smooth.
Add Worcestershire Sauce, salt, and garlic powder.
Gradually add the beer, mixing well.
Serve with cracker or bread rounds.

Sometimes I add hot sauce or cayenne pepper to spice it up.

Over the years I have played with different recipes trying to come up with one I liked. I took this version to Bill and Pat Skemp's for Christmas and Bill, Dan and Steve ate it up in no time so I am sticking with this version of braunschweiger dip.
