Chicken thighs - 5 skinless
Bay - 2 leaves
Minced garlic - 1 tsp
Soy sauce - 1 cup
Sprite - 12 oz
Vinegar - 1/2 cup
Baby corn - 2 cans
Water chestnuts - 1 can
Bamboo shoots - 1 can
Button mushrooms - 2 jars

Directions:

Boil all ingredients approximately 20 mins.

Serve over white rice.

Separate any leftover chicken and veggies from the leftover sauce and refrigerate separately. This prevents over absorption of the sauce.
