1 c. dry orzo pasta
1/2 c. diced onion
1 T. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/3 c. low-sodium chicken broth
1 c. fresh peas
1 c. diced ham stead
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook orzo according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Saute onion in oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add garlic; cook one minute.
Stir in wine, cream, broth, peas and ham; simmer over medium-low heat until peas are tender, 4-5 minutes. Stir in cooked orzo.
Turn off heat, stir in egg yolk and Parmesan cheese until thoroughly combined. Season with salt and pepper.
