6 eggs
1/3 cup sour cream
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. thyme
1 Tbsp. minced onion
dash of Tabasco
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs lightly with sour cream, salt, thyme, and Tabasco sauce. Add onion. Melt butter in skillet and add egg mixture. Cook slowly, stirring until eggs are set. Add parsley and serve.
