1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup water
2 cups powdered sugar
Juice of two lemons
Directions:
Directions:
Combine Jell-O, cake mix, eggs, oil and water. Beat well. Pour into a greased, floured 9X12 pan. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice. Immediately upon removing cake from oven, poke holes all over with tooth pick. Pour and/or spread powdered sugar/lemon mixture over the top of the cake while it is hot. The lemon mixture will penetrate the cake.
