4 eggs
2 C. sugar
1 C. vegetable oil
4 C. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 C. sour cream
2 C. blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Gradually add sugar. While beating, slowly pour in oil; add vanilla. Combine dry ingredients. Add alternately with sour cream to egg mixture. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 24.
