2 lbs.- stew meat
1 can tomato soup
carrots
potatoes
celery
onions
5-6 cubes beef bouillon (dissolve in boiling water)
1-3 cloves garlic ( sliced or minced)
2- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch in water ( or more to thicken to your preference)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix stew meat, carrots, potatoes, celery, onions, garlic and tomato soup in deep baking dish. Dissolve bouillon cubes in enough water to cover all meat mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 350 -375 degrees for 3 hrs, last 30 minutes add cornstarch.
