2 15oz canned tomato sauce
1 8 oz canned tomato sauce
1 lb burger
2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
uncooked Lasagna Noodles
1 egg
1 22 oz carton of Cottage Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Basil
Oregano
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Brown burger. Add tomato sauce, 1 tbsp. parsley and 1 tsp. oregano. Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
In another bowl mix egg, cottage cheese, 1 tbsp. parsley, 1 tsp. basil and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.

In microwaveable pan, spread 1 ½ cups of sauce in bottom of pan. Layer uncooked lasagna noodles over sauce. Layer ½ of the cottage cheese mix, then 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Start next layer by spreading sauce, then noodles, and rest of cottage cheese mix. (Do not put mozzarella cheese on top yet) Spread the remaining sauce of top. Cover with saran wrap and microwave on high for 10 minutes. Rotate and microwave 25-28 minutes on medium.

(Watch out - steam escaping when lifting the saran wrap is very hot) Top with the remainder of mozzarella cheese rewrap and let set for 5 minutes.
