20 slices bread - crust removed, buttered on one side
2 cups ham - cut in cubes
1 cup cheese, grated
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup minced onion
broccoli - chopped and parboiled (can use asparagus, etc.)
Mushrooms (optional)
12 eggs
1-2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 1/2 cups milk
dash tobasco sauce (optional)
1 1/2 cup corn flakes - crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Use 9" x 13" inch glass dish. Butter bread. Cover bottom with bread, butter side up. Layer ham, brocolli, and then cheese. Put remaining bread on top, butter side up. If mushrooms, layer on top.

In bowl combine eggs, salt, pepper, mustard, onion, Worcestershire sauce, milk and tabasco. Pour over bread. Cover and put in fridge overnight. In the morning, put cornflakes on top. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350.º F. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
