1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbsp cocoa
1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
Dash salt
1/2 cup water, room temperature
2 Tbsp Butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients in 1 qt. casserole or 2 cup glass measuring cup. Stir in water.

Cook in microwave on full power for about 1 1/2 min, stirring halfway through cooking time. Blend in butter. Cook on full power for 30 sec, or until butter is melted. Stir half way through cooking time. Blend in vanilla. Stir thoroughly.
(Add more cornstarch to thicken, more water to thin, and cook 30 sec or so longer)
