2 boxes Chopped Frozen Spinach
2 (8 oz) pks Cream Cheese
2 cans Rotel (mild)
1 Onion chopped fine
1 (6-8 oz) jar Artichokes in Oil
1 (8 oz) bag Parmesan Cheese
2 Cups spicy cheese ( 4 Cheese Mexican, Monterrey, or whatever you prefer)
Garlic Salt to Taste

Thaw out the Spinach and squeeze the water out of it. Mix ingredients in a bowl with a blender. Then place in a 9 x 13 glass baking dish and cook at 350º for about 45 minutes. If you're planning on serving it the following day you can cook it for 20 minutes and then heat it in a crock pot the following day.
