1/2 10 OUNCE PKG. FRESH SPINACH
1 TBSPN. LEMON JUICE
1/8 TSPN. CRUSHED RED PEPPER

1. MELT BUTTER IN A LARGE SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT. ADD GARLIC AND SAUTE 30 SECONDS.

2. ADD SPINACH, LEMON JUICE AND PEPPER. SAUTE 2 TO 3 MINUTES UNTIL SPINACH IS WILTED.
