4 lb pork baby back ribs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp pepper
1 medium onion, sliced
1 c. ketchup
1 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp dried minced onion
1 tbsp liquid smoke
1 tbsp molasses

Directions:

Place ribs bone-side down in large roasting pan. Combine garlic powder, seasoned salt, and pepper; rub over ribs. Top with sliced onions. Cover pan tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. In a bowl combine remaining ingredients; divide in half. Drain fat from pan; discard onion. Brush ribs with 1/2 of BBQ sauce. Cover and bake 30 minutes longer or until tender. Serve with remaining sauce. (Good quality bottled BBQ sauce also works well.)
