Directions:
Make crust by combining Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter -- press into 9” spring form pan.

Soften cream cheese and beat until creamy. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla and beat well.

Melt the semi-sweet chocolate, set aside. Put ½ of the cream cheese mixture into another bowl. Add the chocolate to one of the bowls and beat well. Layer ½ of white mixture (spread), ½ of chocolate (spread), the rest of the white (spread) and the rest of the chocolate mixture (spread). Marble gently by dragging a knife through it horizontally and then vertically.

Bake at 300º F for 1 hour. Turn off oven and leave in oven for one more hour.

Topping: Melt ¼ c. chips and 2 Tbsp. butter. Mix. Spread over cake. Refrigerate at least 4 hours (more is better, and is good made the day before).
