1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp. oregano
1½ tsp. Ground cumin
1-2 Tbsp. cocoa
½ tsp red pepper sauce
1 15 ½ oz can red or white kidney beans, undrained

Brown hamburger, onion and garlic. Drain off grease.

Add everything else but the kidney beans. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

I triple the recipe and put it in the crockpot on low for 24 hours. Add the beans 4 hours before ready to eat.
