Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a heavy saucepan. Stir constantly over medium high heat until mixture becomes a light caramel color. The mixture should be a light foamy texture and turn to a caramel color in approximately 5-8 minutes. It will start to smell like it's scorching and the nuts will get brown. Butter a piece of aluminum foil that will fit into a 9X13 pan. Pour in mixture and let set until it hardens. Break apart and enjoy.
