15 Honey Maid Graham Crackers
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
31/2 C. cold milk, divided
3 pkgs. (4 serving size) chocolate instant pudding mix
1 Tbsp. instant coffee
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip, divided
3 Tbsp. chocolate sprinkles

Arrange half of the graham crackers in the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan, cutting grahams if necessary. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add 1 cup of milk, beating until well blended. Add remaining 2 1/2 C. milk, pudding mixes, instant coffee and cinnamon. Beat 1 to 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in 2 cups of Cool Whip. Spread half of the mixture over crackers, layer remaining crackers. Cover with remaining pudding; top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chocolate. Freeze. Cut into bars and serve.
