3 T oleo, divided
2 T flour
1 C milk
1 C shredded cheese (4 oz)
1/2 tsp salt
2 C diced ham
1 1/2 C egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 C frozen peas, thawed
1/4 C dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Melt 2 T oleo, stir in flour till smooth.
Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, cook and stir 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in salt and cheese till melted.
Add ham, noodles and peas.
Pour into a greased 1 quart baking dish.
Melt remaining oleo, add bread crumbs & parsley, and sprinkle over top.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
Makes about 4 servings.
