1 large onion, chopped
1 bunch green onions,chopped
1 green bell pepper,chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans rotel tomatoes
1 lb. crawfish
1 lb. pepper jack velveeta cheese
1 lb. fettuccine cooked according to directions

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*
Saute in large skillet in i stick butter onions and green pepper. Add soups and tomatoes. Cook until well heated,add crawfish and pepper jack cheese. Pour above mixture over cooked and drained fettuccine. Bake in casserole with Italian bread crumbs sprinkled on top. Then a layer of sharp cheddar cheese. Bake at 350* until bubbly.
