1 Kg Gulasch mit 4 zwiebeln anbraten
Salz, Pfeffer, 5 Lorbeerblätter und Paprikawürzer
Mit Brühe auffüllen und 1 ¼ Std. Köcheln lassen
Dann 1 Kg Bohnen, 1 paprika und Bohnenkraut dazugeben
Zuletzt noch etwas Sossenbinder hinzu geben.
Mit Salzkartoffeln servieren.

English Translation:
Stew with green beans

Pole Beans are recommended.
Saute 1 Kg stew meat with 4 onions.
Salt, pepper, 5 bay leaves and paprika
Fill with broth and let simmer 1 ¼ hrs.
Then add 1 kg beans, 1 bell pepper and savory.
Lastly add some sauce binder (I would assume flour, cornstarch, or arrowroot).
Serve with boiled potatoes.
