Ingredients:  
1 - 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs (or pork) - double recipe for more
1 qt cold water
1/8 C + 2 T Johnny's Seasoning Salt (Original or MSG free) - in most grocery stores
1/4 C + 1/8 C white granulated sugar
1/2 to 1 tsp McCormick Barbecue Seasoning (to taste, or can be omitted)

Directions:
Directions:
Soak meat in cold brine for a minimum of 1 hour. Overnight is okay.
Drain brine from meat for several minutes.
Grill meat until done.
