4 large Avocados
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
juice of 1 Lime
1 small Jalapeņo, seeded and minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Peel avocados and place in a large bowl. Add lime juice. Take a potato masher and mash all of the avocados. Add salt and cumin and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Let sit in the fridge for at least an hour or longer it helps for flavors to blend thoroughly.

Makes about 5 cups of guacamole.
