1 egg, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. Crisco
1 1/2 c. cubed rhubarb
nutmeg
pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and flour and add to the beaten egg. Add cut rhubarb and melted Crisco. Let stand while making crust. Line 8-inch pan with crust. Pour in filling and sprinkle generously with nutmeg. Add top crust or cover with lattice crust. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes, then lower heat to 350º and bake 25-30 minutes longer.
