Meat tenderizer
Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle both sides of pork with meat tenderizer. Lightly sprinkle with Tony's. Wrap tightly in foil and place in cooking pan. Bake at 350* for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
