3 c cubed apples
3 T Calvados (apple brandy)
3 eggs
1 1/2 c sugar
1/4 c melted butter
3/4 c plain yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 c flour
2 T baking power
1/2 tsp allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º and prepare bundt pan. place cubed appels in a bowl with the Calvados. In a separtate bowl, whip eggs, sugar, butter, yoguart and vanilla.

Combine flour, baking power and allspice then introduce gradually to the wet ingredients. Mix until smooth.

Stir in apples and then pour batter into bundt pan.

Bake on center rack 40-50 min. Cool in pan 10 min before transferring.
