1 lb. ground chuck
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
small amount of bell pepper, minced
1 lb. mild or hot Velveeta
Tony's seasoning
1 box frozen broccoli
Pistolette Rolls
Directions:
Directions:
Brown first 4 ingredients together and drain well. Cook broccoli til tender and drain well. Add to meat mixture. Add cheese and Tony's and mix well.
Hollow out rolls and stuff. Replace tops and brush rolls with butter. Bake at 350º til brown.
