1 egg
½ cup milk
1 T. white or yellow corn meal
1 cup biscuit mix
¼ tsp. paprika
½ tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. cayenne
8 or 10 frankfurters
Directions:
Directions:
Blend egg and milk. Stir in dry ingredients and mix well. Insert wooden skewers in frankfurters and dip in the batter and then fry in deep hot fat (375 deg. F) until golden brown. Spread with mustard and enjoy.
