2 lb. beef
onion
green pepper
10oz. corn, drained
1 cup bar-b-que sauce
diced tomoato
1 pack cornbread mix
Directions:
Directions:
1. preheat oven 400º
2. brown beef and add onion, pepper, corn and tomato.
3. Add bar-b-que sauce to beef mixture once it's tender
4. spread into 9 x 13
5. prepare cornbread according to package and spread on top.
Bake 20 - 25 minutes
