Ingredients:  
1 jar of marinated artichoke hearts
1 can regular (quartered) artichoke hearts
1 4oz can of diced chilies
3 T sour cream
3 T mayo
1 to 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Black Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Drain artichokes and mash.
Add chilies, mayo and sour cream.
Add 1 cup of the cheese, Add pepper to taste and mix together.
Pour mixture into baking dish.
Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until nice and bubbly.
Serve with tortilla chips.
