3 cups green, red, and yellow bell pepper strips
1 cup onion, sliced
1 (26-ounce) jar pasta sauce (I use Prego and add Sweet Basil, Oregano, Truvia, Onions, and Minced Garlic)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 cups low-fat Mozzarella cheese
3 cups cooked ziti or mostaccioli

1. Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a large saucepan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, brown the ground beef with the bell peppers and onions until the meat is browned and the peppers begin to soften.
3. Drain.
4. Return the pepper mixture to the saucepan and stir in the pasta sauce, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, oregano, 1 cup mozzarella, and pasta.
5. Spoon into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
6. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
7. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
8. Serve while hot and bubbly.
