8-10 small rolls or leftover hamburger or hot dog buns
Butter
Garlic powder to taste
Shredded Parmesan or your favorite cheese
8-10 turkey slices

Directions:
Directions:
1. On a cookie sheet, place all rolls/buns open and spread butter on one side of each. Sprinkle that side with garlic powder and cheese.
2. On the opposite side place one piece of turkey rolled to fit.
3. Broil in the oven fairly close to the heat for 2 minutes, watching closely as they cook, and removing when they are bubbly and just starting to brown.
4. Serve immediately.

This is a crowd pleaser, and is quick and easy for me to get on the table instead of taking individual orders for pb&j, cheese tortillas etc. They love it and we're back to school in no time. Everybody's happy!
