1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can (8oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tsp. mustard
1 cup all purpose flour (also works with white whole wheat flour)
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 cup milk
3 T. margarine or butter, melted (or olive oil)
1 egg
ketchup, if you like

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Cook beef over medium heat until browned; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, 1/4 cup ketchup and the mustard. Spoon into ungreased 8 inch square pan.

2. Stir flour, baking powder, milk, margarine and egg, using fork, until mixed. Pour over beef mixture, and spread evenly. Squirt more ketchup in a zigzag design over the top.

3. Bake 18-22 minutes or until crust is light golden brown.
