California Halibut Recipe

4 (6 ounce) halibut fillets
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
1/8 tsp ground Chipotle Pepper (I use McCormick)
3/4 cup bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs, spread liberally over the halibut fillets in 9x13 dish.
3. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake 20-25 minutes (or until golden brown and fish flakes with a fork).

The chipotle pepper doesn't make the fish spicy, but does really accentuate the flavors and should not be omitted!
