8 lb brisket
1 bottle Great Value steak sauce
10 oz. Liquid Smoke
1/4 cup Dale's Marinade
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
pinch of garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Rub brisket generously with garlic salt. Mix other ingredients and pour over brisket in deep-sided pan. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 5-6 hours at 350º. Cool until you can handle; then trim off the fat. Slice when it's cool and return to the pan. Once fat is removed, juices can be poured over meat.

Refrigerate overnight. Heat at 250º for three hours. Serve warm.
