2 large apples
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 box instant butterscotch pudding (I use sugar free/fat free)
1 cup (or more if you want) miniature marshmallows
1 8-12 oz. container of whip cream (I use fat free cool whip)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl cut apples (I don't peel) into bite size pieces. Stir in the crushed pineapple (do not drain). Sprinkle the pudding in and stir again. Stir in the marshmallows. Fold in the whip cream.
