1 lb hamburger
1/4 c. dry onions
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. curry powder
1 1/2 t. salt
a little pepper, cinnamon, ginger, tumeric
1 can diced tomatoes
2 potatoes, cut up into small chunks
2 c. frozen peas or green beans

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger in oil on a skillet. Add dry onions, garlic powder, curry, and salt.

Sprinkle on a little pepper, cinnamon, ginger, and tumeric.

Add tomatoes, potatoes, and peas (green beans).

Cover and cook on low for 25 minutes.

Serve with rice.
