3 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 C. shortening
1 1/3 C. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 C. milk
4 eggs
1 C. crushed, drained pineapple
2 C. blueberries
1 C. chopped walnuts
1/2 C. flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Stir in juice, milk, eggs and pineapple. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in berries, nuts, and coconut. Pour into 2 greased and floured pans 3x5x9. Bake at 350 degrees 40-45 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on wire racks.
