HONEY LIME GLAZE:
3 TBSP. LIQUID HONEY
1/4 TSP. GRATED LIME ZEST
1 TBSP. FRESHLY SQUEEZED LIME JUICE
1/2 TSP. MINCED GARLIC
1/2 TSP. MINCED GINGERROOT
1/4 TSP. SALT

4 SKIN-ON SALMON FILLETS (125 GRAMS EACH)
2 TBSP. CHOPPED FRESH PARSLEY

1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 425ºF. LINE A RIMMED BAKING SHEET WITH PARCHMENT PAPER OR GREASED FOIL.

2. HONEY LIME GLAZE: IN A SMALL BOWL, COMBINE HONEY, LIME ZEST, LIME JUICE, GARLIC, GINGER AND SALT. RESERVE HALF THE GLAZE IN A SEPARATE BOWL.

3. RINSE SALMON AND PAT DRY WITH PAPER TOWELS. PLACE SKIN SIDE DOWN ON PREPARED BAKING SHEET AND BRUSH WITH GLAZE.

4. BAKE FOR 4 MINUTES, THEN REMOVE FROM OVEN AND BRUSH AGAIN WITH GLAZE. BAKE FOR 4 TO 6 MINUTES LONGER OR UNTIL FISH IS OPAQUE AND FLAKES EASILY WITH A FORK.

5. BRUSH SALMON WITH THE RESERVED GLAZE AND SERVE SPRINKLED WITH PARSLEY.
