1/2 c butter
2 garlic cloves crushed
1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 c milk
2 c chicken broth
2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c sliced green onions
1 tsp basil
1/4 tsp black pepper
8oz uncooked lasagna noodles
1 c ricotta cheese
1/2lb cooked shrimp
1/2# crab
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Heat the butter in a 3 qt saucepan over low heat until melted. Add garlic and stir in the flour and salt. Cook stirring constantly until bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in milk and chicken broth. Heat to boiling stirring constantly. Boil and stir one minute. Stir in mozzarella, onions, basil, and pepper. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.

Spread 1/4 of the sauce (about 1 1/2c) in an ungreased 9x13" pan. Top with 3 or 4 uncooked lasagna noodles, over lapping if necessary. Spread the ricotta over the noodles in dish. Repeat with 1/4 of the sauce, and another noodle layer. Top with crab and shrimp, then 1/4 of the cheese sauce, remaining noodles, and last of the cheese sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake uncovered until the noodles are done, about 35-40 minutes. let stand 15 minutes before serving.
