½ pound soft margarine
½ cup sugar (plus a bit more)
½ tsp salt
3 oz cream cheese
½ cup flour
½ cup pecans – chopped very fine
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Roll in balls and press with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake 12 - 15 minutes at 350°. Cookies are very thin and crisp.
