3/4 c sugar
1/4 c butter
1 egg
1/2 c milk
2 c flour
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
2 c fresh or frozen blueberries
TOPPING:
1/2 c sugar
1/3 c flour
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 c butter
Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar, butter and egg. Add milk, flour, baking powder and salt. Carefully fold in blueberries.
Mix topping until it looks crumbly and add over top of batter. Bake in 9 X 13 inch pan at 350º for 1/2 hour or until golden.
