1 pkg. shredded cabbage for coleslaw
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup milk, and 1/4 cup buttermilk OR 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 T. wine vinegar (or white vinegar)
2 1/2 T. lemon juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions:

Chop shredded cabbage into smaller pieces, set aside.
In large bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients, and beat 'til smooth.
Add cabbage and mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hrs. or best: overnight.
