1 1/2 cups water
1 T. olive oil
3 1/4 cups flour (bread flour preferred)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
3 pkgs. dry yeast

Directions:
Directions:
oven 400º

Place ingredients in machine in order given,
select dough cycle, and start.
(dough will be sticky when cycle is done, do not add flour)
Place dough on lightly floured board, cover with large bowl,
and let rest 15 minutes.
Lightly flour or use parchment lined baking sheets.
Divide dough in half, form into 3 X 14 inch ovals.
Place on prepared sheets, lightly flour, cover, let rise 45 minutes.

Bake at 400º 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
