1/2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 C water
1 T butter, melted
1 C heavy cream
1 C sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon, or taste
1 T rum or whiskey

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cornstarch with the water. Set aside
In a small saucepan, combine the melted butter, the cream, sugar, cinnamon and rum.
Heat to boiling and stir in the cornstarch and water mixture.
The sauce will "thicken" in about 3 minutes, but won't be really thick.
