Ingredients:  
1 box chopped spinach, cooked and drained
8 oz. sour cream
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
8 oz. Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
1 can artichoke hearts, mashed or processed
1/2 c. red onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 tbsp minced garlic
Tony's Seasoning to taste
hot sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain spinach, set aside. Melt butter and sauté onions, garlic and artichoke until tender. Add spinach and mix. Add the cheeses and sour cream.

Microwave for 5 minutes or until cheeses melt.

Mix.

Season to taste.
