2 tbsp butter
1 ½ lb peeled shrimp
1 medium onion, chopped
½ bell pepper, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
garlic powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 ½ cup grated American or mild cheddar cheese
Cayenne Pepper
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shrimp in melted butter over medium heat until just pink. Add chopped vegetables and cook with shrimp until they are clear and tender, but not brown. Add the mushroom soup and grated cheese, stirring over low heat until cheese melts and blends. Season with a dash of cayenne pepper, salt and garlic powder.

Serve over rice or noodles.
