Ingredients: Crust:
1 c pecans, chopped
3 T white sugar
1/2 c butter
1 c flour
Cream cheese layer:
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar (10X)
1 c whipped cream or cool whip
Vanila Pudding:
1 pkg of instant vanilla pudding (5.1oz)
3 c milk
Chocolat Pudding:
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding (5.1oz)
3 c milk
Last Layer:
2 c whipped cream or cool whip
shaved chocolate

Directions:Preheat oven to 350º
Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray
In a mixer mix all the crust ingredients together and press the mixture into the baking pan.
Bake it about 20 min.
Prepare the vanilla pudding as per the instructions on the box
Prepare the chocolate pudding as per the instructions on the box.
In a mixer add the cream cheese, 10X sugar and the cup of cool whip. Mix until light and fluffy.
Let the crust cool. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
Spread the choc pudding over the crm cheese mix and then spread the vanilla pudding over the choc pudding. Top with cool whip an sprinkle with shaved chocolate.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours so that it sets. |
