2 c vanilla wafer crumbs
6 T Parkay Spread Sticks, melted
1/2 t ground nutmeg

Filling:

4 (8oz) pkgs Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 c sugar
3 T flour
3 T rum
1 t vanilla
2 eggs
1 c whipping cream
4 egg yolks

Directions:
Preheat to 325º

Crust:
Mix crumbs, parkay spread and nutmeg; press onto bottom and 1 1/2" up sides of 9 inch springform pan. Bake 10 min.

Filling:
Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, rum and vanilla a medium speed with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing at low speed after ea addition, just until well blended.
Blend in cream and egg yolks; pour into crust.
Bake 1 hr and 10 min to 1 hr and 15 min or until center is almost set. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing the rim of the pan.
Refrigerate 4 hrs or overnight. Garnish with cool whip and nutmeg.
