1 1/2 c water
1 c oats
1 c raisins
1/2 t salt
1 c brown sugar
1 c applesauce
1/4 c oil
1 1/2 c flour
1 t bakin soda
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t nutmeg
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat 350º 9x13 pan greased

Bring water to boil. Stir in oats. When liquid comes to boil stir in raisins and salt. Reduce heat and simmer 4 to 5 minutes stirring occasionally until oats are soft and water is absorbed. Remove from heat.
Stir in sugar, applesauce and oil. Cool until lukewarm.
Put flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg in bowl and mix.
Stir eggs in oat mixture and add flour mixture and stir.
Spread in pan.
Bake for 30-40 minutes
