1 stick butter melted
1 c flour
1 1/2 c pecans - chopped (reserve 3/4 c for topping)
1 16oz container of Cool Whip
8 oz cream cheese - softened
1 c sugar
2 boxes Instant Lemon Pudding (regular size) - make according to directions and put in fridge

This makes 4 layers - 9x13 pan

1st Layer - Mix together butter, flour, and nuts and press in bottom of pan.

2nd Layer - Cream cheese, sugar, and 1 c of cool whip. Blend until creamy and spread over 1st layer.

3rd Layer - Spread pudding over 2nd layer

4th Layer - Spread remaining cool whip over 3rd layer and top with remaining nuts.

Cover and fridge for several hours before serving.
